Please contact your Residency Training Program Director or Graduate Medical Education office for initial application information & forms necessary to obtain an initial or renewal Residency Training Permit.

RTP applications are 100% online as of March 1, 2024 (unless you do not have a SSN, if you do not have a SSN please get with your GME or program coordinators).
