Order a Copy of the Medical Board Database

The Georgia Composite Medical Board has available for purchase updated lists for physicians, physician assistants, clinical perfusionists, respiratory care professionals, acupuncturists, orthotists, prosthetists, auricular detoxification technicians, resident training physicians, cosmetic laser practitioners, pain management clinics, and genetic counselors.

The database can include both a text (tab delimited) and Excel file. The included fields are: Name, practice location address (street, city, state, zip code), license or certificate number, license or certificate original issuance date, license or certificate status (active, inactive, lapsed, revoked, etc.), specialty code, public board orders flag (“Yes” or “No”), and date of board order. No other information, including phone numbers or email addresses, is available.

All database orders must be accompanied with full payment of the appropriate fee(s) on the order form. Requests received without full payment may be returned unprocessed.
