The Georgia Composite Medical Board offers licensees the option to order decorative wall certificates of their Georgia licenses. These wall certificates are printed on 80-lb certificate stock and are suitable for framed display in your practice office or offices.
You must hold a Georgia professional license issued by the Georgia Composite Medical Board to order one of these wall certificates. If you have filed an application for a license, you may order one as soon as your license has been issued, or at any time thereafter while you hold a valid Georgia license.
These certificates are signed by the Board Chairperson and the Executive Director. Physician and pain clinic license certificates are 12" x 16" and cost $50 each; license certificates for all other professions are 8" x 10" and cost $25 each. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. To order and pay for your license certificate online, log in to the eGov portal (click HERE) and select "Request Documents" on the homepage.
