Public Alert: APRN Protocol Processing Temporarily Delayed in ThoughtSpan implementation to address technical issues to better serve the applicant.

The Georgia Composite Medical Board is currently experiencing a delay in the availability and processing of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Protocol Agreements in the ThoughtSpan licensing system until these technical issues are addressed.

We are actively working to implement full functionality for APRN protocol submissions and updates.

What You Should Know:

• This issue does not affect application processing or licensure decisions already underway.
• Please do not submit duplicate protocol agreements unless instructed by Board staff.
• Updates will be posted here as soon as functionality is restored.
