Request Inactive Licensure Status
If you need to place your license on inactive status, you can do so through your online licensure portal.
As part of our system transition, all licensees must access their account through the ThoughtSpan Licensure Portal. If you have not logged in since July 2025, you will need to register your account before proceeding.
Once logged in:
- Navigate to your license within the portal dashboard
- Select the option to manage or update your license
- Follow the prompts to submit a request for inactive status
Please be sure to review all instructions carefully, follow payment prompts if neccessary, and respond to any follow-up requests from our team to avoid delays in processing.
