  • Customer Service Representative
    • This position is in the Operations Unit of the office and works on a team of four staffers.
    • Primary responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls/emails to provide general information about the agency.  This position also processes incoming postal mail and handles online access to the GCMB’s applicant portal.
    • Skills that could ensure success in this role include: customer service-oriented, team-focused, and organized.

  • Licensing Tech
    • This position is in the Licensure Unit of the office and works as part of a team of 15 staffers.
    • Primary responsibilities include examining and evaluating applications for initial licensure.  Each Licensing Tech is assigned a specific profession and will communicate daily with applicants about the status of their applications.
    • Skills that could ensure success in this role include: customer service-oriented, attention to detail, organized, and ability to work independently toward a common team goal.
