The Composite State Board of Medical Examiners is comprised of thirteen (13) Board members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the State Senate. By statute, one member is a "consumer" member, two are Doctors of Osteopathy, and ten are doctors who have doctors of medicine degrees.
