The Composite State Board of Medical Examiners (CSBME), as a matter of policy, in its effort to protect the integrity of information received by Georgia health care consumers, is working towards posting copies of public board orders online for those practitioners disciplined by the Medical Board in the past ten (10) years. This is an ongoing project and will be provided to the users of this web site as quickly as possible.
The list of public actions listed are the name, license number, profession type of the involved party and the type of public action taken. Staff of the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners are prohibited from interpreting public board orders for you. Staff is also prohibited from reading to you over the telephone, the content of any public board order. Please do not make this request of staff. If you would like a copy of specific action, please contact Ms. Sharon Cloud at the telephone number cited above and she will gladly assist you in determining the cost of the document(s) you need. We do not honor telephone requests for certified copies of documents; we will, however, inform you by telephone, how much the document(s) you are seeking will cost.
