NEW WALLET ID CARDS
The look of our wallet identification cards has changed!
The Georgia Composite Medical Board has improved the look and feel of its wallet ID cards. The new cards are lightly laminated and will be mailed to new and renewing licensees beginning October 1, 2009. Simply peel off the card, fold it, and sign the back. Watch your mail for a larger format envelope containing the cards.
Should you misplace your card or need duplicate copies for any reason, you may order these online for a cost of $10 per card.
